Hot Water

A heat pump can heat hot water anything up to 60˚C depending on the heat pump type, medium temperature heat pumps heat up to 50˚C. At this temperature you are likely to burn yourself so 50˚C is more than adequate. A shower temperature for instance ranges from 35 - 42˚C depending on each person and mixer taps for baths and sinks have a building regulation which says that the temperature should not exceed 48˚C.

The hot water cylinder is sized and installed as per BS 6700 and G3 building regulations, our plumbers are qualified to G3 standards and a benchmark certificate is filled out on commission.
